The application process

Describe your household. They'll ask a few questions about the people who live in your household, including birth dates and other key details.

Apply for financial help. If you'd like to apply for financial help, you'll need to enter some basic income information. In most cases, they will be able to tell you if you qualify right away.

Shop for a plan. You can compare plans and get all the details you need to find the best medical and dental plan for you. If you'd like, you can even choose a different plan for each member of your household.

Enroll in your selected plan. Review your application, confirm your selections and provide an e-signature. You're all set!
